WOD 1/30/25

4 sets

4 minutes of high intensity followed by 4 minutes of rest

  • 2 barbells are needed

 

10 deadlifts 75% of 1 rep

10 Back squat at 75% of 1 rep

Finish the remaining 4 minutes on any of the following: treadmill, rower, bike at your max pace to complete the whole time without stopping

 

Scale – Decrease time to 3 minutes of work and 3 minutes of rest

 

NOTES:

Order for the sets,

 

Deadlift, back squat, then cardio of your choice at a max pace to complete the 3 or 4 minutes.

 

Then do the complete rest time in order to give max for each set.
