Owner

Palmer has been a student of the craft since 2009. He fell in love with truck work in 2011 after having the opportunity to work on the truck company within a small city in North Carolina. Palmer is currently working for High Point, NC assigned to Truck 7. He has also served in the role as training officer for Horneytown Volunteer Fire Department since 2012. Palmer is passionate about down and dirty aggressive truck work and is eager to share that passion with you!

Jason is a 18-year veteran of the fire service and is assigned to Truck Company 7 with the Columbia (SC) Fire Department. Previously, he was assigned to the Columbia Fire Training Division, where his primary responsibilities included the acquired building program, truck academy, command simulations, shift training officer duties, and research and development. He instructs on the side with Task Force 1, LLC. and is a Training Coordinator for CFFA LOCAL 793. Jason is the lead instructor for local 793’s Engine Academy and Truck Class. Jason has taught at numerous conferences to include: SAFRE, MAFFC, and FDIC. Jason is married to his beautiful wife, Candice, of 12 years with two children Rhett and Julia Grace

Brian has 30 years in the fire service. he began his career in California prior to moving his family to the Seattle area. He has served with the Seattle Fire Department for 23 years. 11 years on L8 in Ballard and the last 12 as the driver of L11 in West Seattle. Brian has also spent the last 23 years delivering truck ops instruction with an emphasis on vertical ventilation, ladders, and forcible entry.

Joe is a second-generation fire fighter and has been in the fire service for 14 years, with the last 12 being spent at Harrisburg (NC) Fire Department. Joe has served through the ranks to Captain and currently is assigned to the 3 house. Outside of the fire service, Joe enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two daughters (12 and 3).

Ryan is a 14-year veteran of the fire service. As a passionate craftsman of firefighting, Ryan shares his experience of being a part of and leading high performance teams of firefighters to every client. With a diversified background in developing and instructing both municipal and industrial, leadership, fire and EMS training programs, He is the Vice President of Columbia Professional Firefighters: IAFF Local 793, giving him a unique perspective on workers rights, needs, and industry standards. Ryan is a devoted husband and father of two beautiful daughters. He has earned an A.S. in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University.

Julio Leonidas Ramos is a 13 year student of the trade. He is a recently promoted Lieutenant assigned as a covering Lieutenant for A shift in his department. He is also assigned to special operations division in his department, spending nearly his whole career on squad companies. He is the owner and instructor for Fireground and Special Operations Concepts LLC and has taught or helped at numerous conferences including Firehouse Expo, Fire Rescue East, SAFRE, MAFFC, and Piedmont Fire Expo. He believes in the mantra “Destiny Favors The Prepared.” He is happily married and has a french bulldog named Frankenstein. Julio loves all things firefighting but hd a heart for saw work and hazmat work.

He has been assigned to both Truck and Engine companies during that time and has grown to love the job functions of the truck company. Pete (aka-Pedro, Panamanian Puma, 1 Man Latino Gang, and Panda) has been a firefighter with Greensboro (NC) for 23 years where he is currently assigned to Ladder 10. He loves God, his wife, fire department family,"walking tall and carrying and ugly bar", as well as anything and everything ladder company. Pete lives by the rules of firefighting fight club: "don't touch my ugly bar and I won't touch yours". THEM first!

Zeb has been involved with the fire service since 2009, he began his career with the Asheville Fire Department, where he was a senior Firefighter assigned to Ladder Company 1 located at Headquarters Fire Station. Zeb instructed truck company operations for multiple recruit  academies along with Buncombe County Fire School Advanced Truck Operations. Due to family reasons Zeb moved back to his hometown Winston- Salem,  Zeb currently is a firefighter assigned to  Ladder Company 1 for the city of Winston-Salem where he continues to teach the craft of truck operations focusing on Forcible entry and RIT Operations along with metro first and second due truck operations.
