Official Rules – Truck Company Ops Social Club Monthly Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
The Truck Company Ops Social Club Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Truck Company Ops LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 3631 Single Leaf Ct, High Point, NC 27265.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of any of the above individuals are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first calendar day of each month and ends at 19:00:00 ET on the advertised drawing date of that same month (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will be disqualified.
5. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry:
(a) Automatic Entry for Current Social Club Members
Individuals who are current, dues-paying members of the Truck Company Ops Social Club at the beginning of the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the Giveaway. No further action is necessary for entry.
(b) Other Entry Methods
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer other promotional methods of entry through events, online forms, or other means. Such alternative entry methods, if any, will be subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of such offer.
(c) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without membership or purchase, an individual may submit a handwritten entry on a plain 3″ x 5″ card containing the entrant’s full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), phone number, and email address (if applicable). The completed entry must be mailed in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Entries must be received by the final day of the Promotion Period to be eligible for that month’s drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per month. Mechanically reproduced entries will be void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in entries.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designee from all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize
The prize awarded each month will consist of merchandise, gift cards, services, or other items as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Notification and Verification of Potential Winner
The potential winner will be notified via the contact information associated with the winning entry (e.g., phone, email, or postal address) within seven (7) business days following the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within five (5) business days of notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway or any part thereof, in its sole discretion, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and communicating with potential and confirmed winners.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Guilford County, North Carolina; and (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
